Es lamentable el servicio, no había comida a la 1 pm solamente arroz, las salsas solo era el corn sin los ingredientes(cebolla,cilantro, limón,) igual que el picó de gallo solo era el tomate picado, el manager estaba ahí y no hizo nada, solo una persona atendiendo en la línea, habiendo muchos clientes y aparte sin comida, y en una área tan ocupada, es decepcionante, mucha gente en el trabajo y sin una buena actitud al servicio, el cajero parado en la registradora sin saber que cobrar.

@highlight Chipotle Mexican Grill— 300 W Pratt location this was unacceptable. Before I even walked in, staff already made it clear the manager wasn’t going to help me. That alone set the tone. .aaahhh ah BULLSHIIIT.. came in over an issue but I called to speak no one answers so HELLO ! now listen I was NOT asking for a refund. I simply wanted my bowl replaced. General Manager Liseth Chamorro had an attitude from the start, was dismissive, said she would help, then turned around and refused service anyway after getting back in line And she said no refund after I threw the food away ma’am your playing in my face and got the right one . I tried to stay professional as possible, and look for other avenues, but S/O to her field leader that’ corrected the situation. People don’t understand we grown folks stand on business. and WE work too hard for our money to be treated like this over a bowl. Word to the wise: if you don’t like your job, don’t like dealing with people, your disposition is nasty (LISETH ) and or don’t know how to solve problems, customer service especially management is NOT for you. Find what you’re good at. Happy Cinco de Mayo
