I had a pickup order in the drive through. Completely dead, was 5 minutes early to the time. Nobody behind me in line. I get to the window to be told I have to come back in 5 minutes because there are orders ahead of mine? I understand that but I’m here now, I’m not even 5 minutes early. 0/10 service from their employees Service: 1

Every single time I’ve gotten Chipotle lately, mostly from this store, I have had serious concerns regarding the food — bone in the chicken, the avocado nut or end piece in the guacamole, hard fat on the meat. Broke my tooth on a bone that was in the chicken in a burrito bowl. I have found bones in the chicken all 3 times I’ve eaten at this chipotle recently. It’s dangerous and their quality control is zero. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Placed an order for DoorDash pick up thru the drive-thru, guy who was working there called a manager over or someone who thought was a manager, told me that I had to pick it up, remind you it’s storming outside. Once I went in, same employee tried to tell me that that’s not the right way to do it. Arguing with a customer was completely unprofessional. A nice lady came and talked to me, which was nice and professional, maybe he needs to take down notes or not work there if he doesn’t like his job. Then before I left he kept on saying that he used to do DoorDash and that it says to pick it up lol. I was picking up an order for myself . Portions were extremely small just like it says on the rest of the reviews, won’t be coming here ever again. Stay away people go to another spot! Food: 1 Service: 1
