I've generally had positive experience at this location. They don't give me huge gymbro bowls but not the tiny portions you see on social media. I felt like they were reasonable. Yesterday morning, I ordered a bowl in store. The employee happened to drop a few pieces of chicken on the metal counter. He picked them up with his hand (gloved). I thought he would toss it in the trash and add a few more pieces to my bowl. Instead, he put it in to my bowl. The best defense I can possibly provide is that I was there within 15 minutes of the store opening and the counters were just cleaned before opening? Still... I was kinda shocked he picked it up and tossed it into the bowl. Ended up throwing the whole thing away because it didn't feel right :( Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Multiple times I have ordered online, I got either wrong things delivered or small amounts of chicken, when the ordered for double chicken. I have made it my habit to now pickup and double check my order before leaving. As usual found again a single serving of chicken when clearly ordered for double. I understand if it happens once in a while. But most of the time? The management should have a serious quality check. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

OK, I am not a complainer, HOWEVER.... My husband and I went to a restaurant for drinks and an app.... we just wanted Chipotle Mexican Grill on the way home. The time was 8:45. They "didn't have" steak, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream".... ok,I get a busy day, BUT, this gentleman in the back was scooping out "SOUR CREAM & GUACAMOLE "!!!!!!!!!!! What???? SERIOUSLY, you're out of these things, we catch them and ask for them, we get a small serving of each, (which is fine) but WE GET CHARGED!!!!!! We wanted them ON our bowl, didn't get that, because they were "OUT".... WE get them on the "side" and get changed..... Whatev...Whatever.... Chipotle, get your act together!!!!(on the west side that is....)
