Everytime I’ve been to this one the food has been consistent each time! Rice is always cooked and seasoned well. I would rather drive here than to go to the one that is right down the street from my house. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chipotle on 4750 Morse Road across from Kohl's…not what I would call a model of customer service…complain, and get insulted again : We USED to like to frequent this Chipotle location, but not anytime soon, as long as Nick is working there. We ordered online on Sunday evening, while running errands, unfortunately the only pick up time available was 7:15PM, it was 6:30PM and we were maybe 10 minutes away. So we stopped in early, Nick told us to either leave and come back at 7:15Pm or wait in line, which was out the door, to be fair to the other patrons. Now, we could be reasonable, and if Nick offered to fit our order in between others in line and we could wait, that would have worked. Instead, he offered two options that were unreasonable and acted as if we were bothering him, not to mention embarrassing my father and I in front of a line full of people. So we cancelled the order altogether. NOT ACCEPTABLE…WHAT WILL YOU DO TO RESTORE OUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION ? Answer : Abbi, Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us about this. I am so sorry were not able to prepare your online order earlier than your designated pick-up time. When you order online, you are given a virtual place in our line. The pick-up times are based on the volume of in-restaurant and out-of-restaurant orders we're receiving at the time you place your order. It sounds as though the Chestnut Hill team was dealing with a pretty high volume of orders last night, which was why we were not able to prepare your order ahead of other guests.
