If you value customer care don’t eat here. Christian was very rude and what it looked like to me was just taking up labor. Not only did he get an attitude with me when he got my order wrong but then proceeded to “talk behind my back” in front of my face after. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is good, don’t get me wrong. But, when I pulled in I noticed that someone parked in the burrito zone area taking up both 2 spots at once with their car. I got my food, and then let the staff at the register know that a customer was parked in that spot incorrectly for a while (I had noticed no one was heading back to the car, it was there and still was for quite a while). Then I learned it was actually one of the employees doing that, and she basically said it was no one’s business to why she was doing that. Who knew! Really weird response, bad attitude, and honestly kind of rude, yeesh. Why would anyone need to do that? Super immature choices. I’ve been to this Chipotle Mexican Grill multiple times, and the portions are consistently disappointing. There’s a woman who seems like the manager who is often rude and very stingy with servings, especially during busy hours. I paid $18 for a bowl with add-ons and still left unsatisfied. Normally, I can’t even finish a bowl and save the rest for later, but here the portions are so small that it’s not even filling. Paying extra for things like chicken or guacamole just doesn’t feel worth it at this location. If you want better portions and a better experience, I’d honestly recommend going to the Chipotle Mexican Grill instead. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
