Chipotle needs to support their staff more. They were short staffed and out of all rice, chips, fajitas, honey chicken, napkins, and their special drinks. At least put up a sign saying "sorry, low on ingredients today!" or give us a discount. By the time we knew they were out of everything, we already were ordering. Staff were nice but the lack of most of the food was disappointing. Edit: the tortilla to my quesadilla was tough and chewy and the beans were flavorless :( and we still paid full-price when there was a major lack of ingredients and the food tastes bad. There also wasn't any kids for the guacamole. Chipotle is usually my favorite but I don't know if they are really that good anymore :'( Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I paid $18 for my bowl, and almost everything about the order was wrong. There was barely any rice or beans — just tiny portions — and the bowl was mostly filled with lettuce. Rice and beans are supposed to be the base, so getting a bowl that was primarily lettuce felt like poor portioning and careless preparation. They completely left out the fajita veggies I ordered. I received the wrong side. I asked for fresh tomato salsa and was given one of the tomatillo/spicy salsas instead, which changed the entire flavor. On top of that, I was given the wrong type of chicken. For the price, I expect accuracy and reasonable portions. This felt rushed and poorly assembled. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
