Ordered through the app for delivery. This is what arrived at my door. I could have bought empty taco shells from the grocery store and saved myself 15 dollars. I tried to report it on the chipotle app and Pepper the AI chat just said “sorry”. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got a Barbacoa Bowl thru the Chipotle Lane and when I got home, the bowl was about 1/2 the normal portion. Very disappointed. I complained thru the app and was told the store would receive my feedback and someone would contact me. I haven't seen or heard anything. I guess you have to go inside and watch your food made if you want normal portions. Update - I was contacted by the corporate organization and they provided a BOGO coupon and said they would provide feedback directly to the store. I went inside for my next order and was happy with the portion and quality of the food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2

On this elegant and radiant day that I am writing this review, I decided it was time for my weekly chipotle chicken bowl. As I was driving towards the resturaunt, hope and glimmer filled my head with the vision of myself eating my finely crafted bowl with a great smile on my face. I arrived to the store, joy begins to fill my heart. I exit my car and hit him with the auroma of sweetgrass and dandelions. Fantastic, I thought. I chose the perfect day to fill my appetite with a bowl from Chipotle. I enter the store with poise; rushing through the heavenly gates. As I increasingly get closer to the underpaid worker, I cannot contain my excitement. I speak to the worker, ask him for what I need in my bowl. Everything is going so well, today is perfect. But, as he reaches for the lettuce to add to my bowl. Devastation. The marker was dropped into the lettuce container. My day is not ruined yet, but, I weep internally knowing that I will not recieve any lettuce today. Or so I thought. To my disgust, the worker pulled the marker out of the bin and placed the lettuce from inside the infected container into my bowl. I am heart broken. I cannot speak. I let it happen. I then pay for my food and leave in a stunned state. I ask myself "Did this really just happen?" My day is ruined. Thanks, Chipotle. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
