Every. Single. Table. Was dirty when got there around 11:45. The cashier had a horrible attitude and couldn't spare 2 seconds to wipe down the tables when there was no one in line. Barely got a half scoop of steak in my burrito. Our chips were way overcooked and burnt. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chips, Burrito

Mixed Feelings at Chipotle Near McKinley Mall I recently visited the Chipotle Mexican Grill located at 4405 Milestrip Rd, right near the McKinley Mall in Buffalo, NY. This location, like many others, offers a wide array of options that include burritos, burrito bowls, salads, and tacos. I appreciate their commitment to responsibly sourced and freshly prepared ingredients, which is a hallmark of the Chipotle brand. The convenience of personalized online ordering and catering services is also a plus, making it a go-to spot for many looking for quick and relatively healthier fast food options. However, my experiences at this particular Chipotle have been less than satisfactory, especially when it comes to the cleanliness and the staff's attitude. Each time I've visited, I've noticed that the staff seems irritated, almost as if the presence of customers is a bother rather than the purpose of their job. This kind of demeanor is off-putting and not what I expect from a customer service perspective, especially when comparing it to my experiences at other fast-food establishments and even other Chipotle locations. Cleanliness, or the lack thereof, is another significant concern at this Chipotle. Tables are often left dirty, with previous diners' messes not wiped down promptly or effectively. It's not just the tables, either; the overall appearance of the location feels disheveled, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere. For a brand that prides itself on quality and sustainability, this seems like a glaring oversight that needs to be addressed. In summary, while I admire Chipotle's commitment to quality ingredients and their innovative approach to fast food, my experiences at the McKinley Mall location have been disappointing. The staff's demeanor and the location's cleanliness significantly detract from the dining experience. I hope to see improvements in these areas, as I believe Chipotle can offer a much more enjoyable experience consistent with its brand values.
