I've had this small but stubborn issue that I’d put off for a while, so I decided to give them another shot since my last order was solid. They fixed the problem quickly and didn't make it complicated at all. Everything just worked how it should, which is what I was looking for. No hassle, just a simple fix.

Ordered a salad, they were out of dressing but did not say anything until it was time to pay. Was then charged extra for the only other option available. So either pay up for their mistake or eat dry salad. Not the best experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

It seems that Chipotle just can’t figure it out. Went during lunch to only have 2 options of protein/meat (chicken or steak). The app shows they have everything but they do not. Complete waste of time here. Not to mention the extreme S L O W service, especially during lunch. This place has gone downhill from day one. Not eating here again. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
