Food is great but I literally pulled $30 out of my savings to be able to get chipotle as a pick-me-up because of everything going on and it gets sent to me with literally half portions. I have ordered here time and time again so this is a new for me and I went onto customer chat and they refused to do anything about it when i asked for a half refund since i only got half the portio , despite having proof, and I guess best they can do is give me a little coupon. This company doesnt give refunds and are difficult to right their wrongs because I spent literally 45 minutes in the chat waiting for responses despite their advertisements saying otherwise Food: 4 Service: 1

It’s always so crowded so I wouldn’t suggest going in if you get claustrophobic quickly. The drive thru line is always long and there’s not enough parking lot space to navigate your car out smoothly. I don’t really like the food either because it’s always SO salty, especially their chips. Feels like a waste of money every time I give them a chance. If I were to suggest anything, go to Qdoba instead. Same food, better quality. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Chipotle Mexican Grill, the flavor, seasoning, presented a heat that is satisfying, but not overpowering. Recommended to all. Dine in the restaurant, free drink refills. Music is kinda sorta loud but is new and upbeat. Food, music, cleanliness , affordable, what is there not to like. Thanks! Again.
