They are so greedy with the meat here it's actually horrible. The food comes out cold. Its like their steam table doesnt even work. DO NOT ORDER HERE. I ordered a burrito and it was THIRTY DOLLARS. because i kept asking them to add beef. Absolutely horrible.. chipotle fell off. The girl behind the register is acting like i took the meat out of her home fridge or something. Lastly, the place is also super dirty. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On February 3rd I had a friend order me Chipotle through Doordash. I have severe allergies and disabled so my orders are very simple. As you can see I had to redo my order THREE times till they got it right. As you also can see in the images of the 2 different bowls you can see what I get. I had tried to talk to Doordash about this issue but this is truly a staffing issue and safety issue for people who have allergies. I don't know how hard it is to comprehend the most basic meal they probably get. The first time they put cheese. I am extremely allergic to diary products. I am lucky I know better to always check my food before i eat because the cheese was hiding under the guacamole. The SECOND time I ordered they put salsa. I am very allergic to some of the ingredients that are in there as well. Both of these bowls had extra added items that could have killed me. I have MCA's and could've went into anaphylaxis shock. The reason I knew better each time to check is because this isn't the first time I have had this issue here. It happened once before again on a Doordash order and again IN PERSON. When I was able to go to Chipotle I watched them add stuff I didn't ask for and had to tell them I didn't ask for that when making the bowl. Again all Doordash can do was submit me refunds and hoping they would get it right each time. I continued to place orders because there was nothing else I can eat at the time and needed food or else I wouldn't of waited till the 3rd try for them to get it right. It shouldn't be this hard for people who have allergies to get the food they had asked for. Having health issues is already hard to navigate as is, and it's harder to do when a person is disabled and just needs to eat. Will never be going back here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very busy Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant located at 1087 N Military Highway in Norfolk, Virginia. Can be a line during typical eating rush hours. It is a typical location with friendly staff and a fairly quick build-your-own _____ (burrito, burrito bowl, taco, etc...) process with a very tasty result. Decent amount of seating, and most people seem to be taking their orders to go, so we can usually find a seat.
