Should shut it down and completely start over with a whole new and better trained crew and philosophy. The people working here don't belong in customer service. Poorly prepared food, avoidant and passively antagonistic staff. Unnecessarily long wait times. And don't even think about ordering with the delivery apps. They actively shun and work against the delivery drivers to make sure that it takes as long as possible for you to get your food, if ever. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i found a couple hard things in my food. one looked like a hard piece of charcoal, not sure what the other thing was. food was fine overall besides that. However the place could have been a lot cleaner and the guy that was at the register kinda had an attitude. I’m not sure if they was in a rush and didn’t have time to clean but they place needed a real good sweep. They need to clean the counters too. The new location on east henrietta road is better than this one tbh. It wasn’t very busy when me and my friend came in here. Also some of the steak pieces were too chewy too. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
