This customer entered all "hangry" but Chipotle's Quesadilla put a smile on his face! Also smiling was tall female employee on break. On duty were at least two fellows behind counter: corteous and efficient, ensuring all customers served appropriately. Quesadilla contained fajita veggies, glistening and tender, but enough crunch to know they're garden-fresh. Onions, rainbow-colored peppers, not spicy. Cheese mild but complementing a soft, warm flour tortilla and veggies, with freshly-mashed guac served on the side. 4oz cup filled to the brim, mildly spiced and smooth, creamy texture for dipping/spreading on your lunch or dinner at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Ambiance is groovy, music Latin beats, clientele look like college students just back in town for Fall semester; other young adults and singular men enjoying peaceful breaks.
