I love me some Chipotle. But il rather travel 45 min to the one in Oxford to eat at than to the one here in Tupelo. I'm all about giving grace but after the third time and it still ain't changed. Il pass...S/n my problem is always the taste, out of items, portions small fit for children, workers seem like a deer stuck in headlights no clue of what's going on. The vinaigrette is always terrible. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It’s dirty. The food I ordered last night was absolutely, unbelievably disgusting. The rice tasted like some sort of chemical, horrible after taste. The smell alone made me want to throw up. The meat was mushy, just a dirty place and nasty food. Me, nor my family was able to eat any of it, the taste was so terrible. Price per person: $10–20

The last two times I have been in this restraunt they have been out of alot of ingredients. Tonight one employee was rude, went and stood in the back door smoking. That employee also was heard saying that the cars on the road need to keep going and not come in here. No lettuce,no pico de Gallo,no chips,no brown rice, and no guacamole.
