Really bad experience last night. They were out of at least 3 things I tried to order - soffrita, fajita veggies and vinegarette. The guac was brown. I ended up scraping it all off. The meat was so fatty and spicy I barely ate any of it. The counter tops were FILTHY. The drink area was covered with trash and straw wrappers. And they weren’t even busy. I was one of 3 ppl in there :( won’t be back to this location. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Walked in to pick up my mobile order and was immediately thrust into a NEARLY 50-minute nightmare. Stood there watching a constant parade of people walk in, order from scratch at the counter, get their food made fresh in front of them, and LEAVE — all while I’m just standing there waiting for an order I placed before I even got in the car. What is the mobile order queue even for? Decoration? Does it go into a separate system that nobody watches? Is there a person back there whose entire job is to make sure mobile orders are deprioritized so the in-person experience feels more premium by comparison? That’s the part that’s truly unhinged. Mobile ordering is supposed to mean my food is ALREADY MADE when I arrive. Instead, walk-in customers are lapping me. Plural. Multiple people ordered after me, received their food, ate it, went home, and have probably already gone to bed by the time I’m still haunting this room waiting for one bowl. One bowl. Ordered ahead. 40 minutes of watching people who planned less than me get rewarded faster. This is not a restaurant, it’s a social experiment designed to punish people who try to be efficient. Never again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
