Una vez que hayas visto Mill City Museum, es el momento de descansar en este restaurante. No retrases más tu visita: en serio, su cocina francesa te está esperando. We came to Chloe for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed it. Their happy hour wings (dry rub) were great and the croque monsuier bites were cute and yummy. For entrees we got the veggie risotto and scallops and I’m still thinking about that orange sauce, so good. While they don’t cater to kids, they do have a kids menu so we brought our toddler with us. I was nervous to bring her to a higher end restaurant but the staff (and Vincent himself) were all so sweet to her, and our server was so patient. Top off the night with their bread pudding on special, a cup of their whipped cream and a signed birthday card from the staff ( ) we loved our experience. Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu, but I would recommend for older kids or laid back younger kids who are comfortable in a restaurant setting Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Skate Wings, Scallops with Orange Sauce

Awwwwww I lost my pictures from the last phone update...just means that I need to go back again, right? I came here after a long night of work and wanting to have a good meal with great service and potentially, hopefully, great conversation. Chloe by Vincent delivered all of the above. Started with the potted liver mousse aned My French Onion Soup. I mean, wow. The liver mousse? I had to STOP MYSELF FROM LICKING THE POT CLEAN! It was just.... DELICIOUS! Great balance of savory, touch of refreshing sour/acid, and an herbal note. The soup had the depth of flavor I want in the broth and umami with the melty, savory, and creamy cheese and a bite from the toasted bread and onions. And then the duck confit pasta. Awwww...soo delicious! Light with the broth, yet enhancing the richness of the duck with herbal notes throughout. I just...yes...I will be back. The server was the best. She was personable and knowledgable. We bonded over her living and growing up in the southeast and my time there, exploring the food, and then the difference with Minnesotan cuisine. It was just so fun. I would go back for this server alone! In fact, I am working to see when I will be able to be back there...
