Absolutely delicious! I ordered the beef intestine hot pot and spicy stir-fried cow knee cartilage, and both were amazing. The intestines were so clean and perfectly trimmed with just the right amount of fat. The portion was very generous, and the broth was incredibly clean-tasting while still packed with flavor. The thick noodles that came with it were also so good! The server was incredibly kind and took the time to explain how to enjoy the hot pot, which made the experience even better. The cow knee cartilage was so tender and flavorful—honestly one of my favorite dishes! Great food, generous portions, and wonderful service. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
