This was a wonderful place to get a sweet treat. My youngest enjoyed some Hersheys ice cream. We enjoyed some fudge! The gentleman working was very kind and friendly. We got fudge with walnuts and coconut fudge which tasted like an almond joy YUM!! My daughter picked a 1/2 lb of chocolates for only $13! Such a great deal. More affordable than the other fudge places. Will be back! Love supporting family businesses.

I first visited the Chocolate Express several years ago on a trip. I actually visited a coffee shop nearby and bought a couple of truffles there to try out then noticed this shop and decided to try a couple to compare in addition to some fudge! Once I tried both, the Chocolate Express by far was better. I decided to go back before I headed home. Unfortunately, they were closed so I missed out that day haha! But I visited the next time I was in Blue Ridge then realized I could order online which was such a treat! I have ordered online a few times and love it every time! I have called the shop to ask questions in the past and I have been in person a couple times. Everyone is always so nice and helpful! For my most recent order I actually ordered some treats for my birthday. I received a call saying the delivery service somehow got it mixed up and sent it to another location! Overall I knew the delivery services had been going a bit slower with the holidays so I definitely do not blame the shop for that and honestly expected a later arrival considering the holidays and black friday. When I received the call from the store and was told about the issue, i was told that they would be sending a replacement and just to call back if the original order were to somehow get back to me. It meant a lot that they noticed the order hadn't arrived and that they called and planned to resolve the issue so that I could get what I ordered. I will gladly visit and order from The Chocolate Express again! Thank you for all yall do! I hope I have many more chances to order from your shop!
