Caitlin was a great employee and helped me choose my new go to salad! The kale Caesar is super amazing and my go to, and Caitlin suggested my new favorite dressing. The mexican Caesar is honestly the most delicious thing I’ve tasted and I included chipotle chicken as well. I recommend you guys try this!! Excellent customer service, excellent food, and an amazing experience. Thanks to the crew, specifically Caitlin. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an excellent experience at CHOPT Creative Salad Co. - 6004 Falls of Neuse, and I want to specifically recognize Hailey and Roman for delivering truly outstanding customer service. From the moment my son and I walked in, both Hailey and Roman were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They took the time to make sure our orders were exactly right, answered questions patiently, and maintained a positive, upbeat attitude throughout the entire interaction. What stood out most was how intentional and thoughtful they were; not rushed, not transactional, but fully engaged in making sure we had a great experience. Roman was especially great with my son, which I really appreciated as a parent. Hailey demonstrated strong professionalism and leadership behind the counter, keeping things moving smoothly while still making us feel valued as customers. Their teamwork was seamless and reflected a culture of care and pride in their work. It’s rare these days to encounter customer service that feels this authentic and consistent. Hailey and Roman absolutely represent CHOPT at the highest level, and because of them, this location has earned repeat visits from us.
