Hi Rohanna. Well, you’re right about one thing - things have changed. Like many small businesses across Australia, we’ve faced significant increases in the cost of ingredients, wages, rent, insurance, utilities and virtually every other operating expense. Unfortunately, menu prices have had to reflect that reality if we continue to operate. As for being quieter than in previous years that’s also a reality many businesses are experiencing as households tighten their spendings. We are proud that despite these challenges we’ve continued to employ local staff and local ingredients and keep our doors open. We appreciate that our style of service and our pricing won’t suit everyone however describing our teams efforts as looking like a child had played it up is disrespectful to staff who work hard every single day.
