Visited their Mall of Wah outlet today, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The middle-aged man at the counter was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely devoid of basic customer service ethics. His behavior alone was enough to ruin the entire visit and clearly reflects the poor attitude and mentality of the management. 1... To make matters worse, they charge an additional Rs. 10 on every POS transaction, shamelessly suggesting that customers should feel “grateful” they aren’t charging the full transaction fee. It’s absurd and highly unprofessional, especially when most other merchants don’t impose such charges. 2... I didn't have the wallet at the moment as the same was with my daughter on the ice cream vounter next to their counter. I asked him to place the order and let me pay as she comes back. He flatly and rudely said leg then transaction take place then I will place the order to chef. What a rude man he is. 3... The food was equally disappointing. Despite requesting extra chilies, the dishes were bland, overly sour, and poorly prepared. The beef was tough and inedible, and the overall quality was unacceptable.
