From someone who has been to Japan multiple times and dined at majority of Japanese restaurants in Melbourne this one definitely comes close to the top! Omakase quality sushi and sashimi without the price tag. Very reasonably priced food, everything we tried was incredible from the nigiri, karaage and katsu. Thank you Chowon! Stunning food presentation! Very impressive for a relatively small local restaurant - food comes out fast and service is amazing. The vibes in this place also make it a super comfortable dining experience. Highly recommend the sushi platters and set meals as they’re guaranteed to leave you feeling super full!
