I love chicken. i even love(d) Church's Chicken the most. But yesterday's experience has put me off chicken for a while. Middle of the day before football game, the store first tells me they are out of chicken. How can a place that sells chicken be out of chicken. Turns out the did have chicken. After a 10 minute wait, i head home. After eating through a drumstick, realized it was not fully cooked. Turns out two drumsticks and a thigh were not fully cooked....as in they were bleeding at the bone (bright red). Gross. Could not eat the rest for fear of the same. Called the store. No manager on duty to speak to. Employee apologized and asked if i wanted to leave a message or just report this as anonymous. Are you kidding? I just spend almost $30, and wasn't able to eat most of it. Asked what they could do to make this right. No answer. So i left my name and phone number. A day later, still no call back. I will not be back.
