I has a pick up order I pulled up to the speaker gave her my name for the order and the lady said come inside to get your order . I said I never had to come in for a pick up order she said well you do. Tell me why I get inside the order not eve n ready they have not even started on it so I had to stand there after alongggg day at work and wait for them to take their precious time making my food . I finally get the food ad left . I get home they left the biscuits , shorted us on a piece of chicken the tea was extremely hot thank goodness I have ice at home the mac was burnt and old and the fries were steel and old . I Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The first thing that I noticed was an employee in the back with a cigarette in her mouth. Totally unacceptable. Although it was not lit, that is still unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities. The chicken was cold. Biscuits was warm though. The area could use some cleaning. The employees should pay a little attention to their personal appearance also. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

After a long day of teaching, I was not in the mood to cook. Since I was already in the area shopping at Lidl, I decided to grab some dinner at Church's Texas Chicken. It has been so long since I went to Church's that I had forgotten what the food tasted like! Before I start talking about the food, let's talk about customer service. When I walked in there, there was no one manning the register because they were busy packing the food for other customers. However, I barely got to the counter, and less than a minute later I received immediate customer care! A young lady by the name of Shalisiona, took my order. She was fast, efficient, and had a good attitude. The best part was she gave me fresh chicken! I told her because she gave great customer service, I would leave a good review! Well done, Shalisiona! As a teacher, I will give you an A+. Now let's talk about the food. Whoever was on cooking duty today, on Wednesday, August 7th, you deserve an applause! Our chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside! The coleslaw was fresh and crunchy with a hint of sweetness. I didn't eat any mashed potatoes and gravy, but my son said it was good. As for the biscuits, they were the best ones I've had in a long time! When you bit into it, it was surprisingly crunchy on the outside but light and fluffy on the inside. The light dusting of honey on top was just the right amount. I love that the biscuit was not dense or taste heavy! If biscuit making was part of the Olympics, y'all deserve a gold medal! Go try out the Church's Texas chicken on Covington Highway in Lithonia. The food/meal might not be as big as Texas in terms of size, but the taste sure was worth the stop. Just remember, my review is based on the day I went! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
