After several visits for an aperitif trying different formulas (spritz, wine, various cocktails accompanied by cold cuts, vegan, fried) I recommend it without hesitation The only flaw (not attributable to the place) is the difficulty of parking. I made a reservation for dinner, but I left after a lovely glass of wine, a rather ordinary starter, and a bad taste in my mouth. Here’s a quick tip for the staff of Ciamarras: when a guest orders a glass of wine off a menu which clearly lists the name of the wine and the price, it’s a good idea NOT to come back after five minutes and ask him while pointing to the menu: “This glass of wine is ___ euros — are you okay with that?” He might be led to think this has to do with something other than the price of the wine, which would be pretty awful. I’m just going to assume it was ignorance. I brought this up with the owner and he apologised, which was nice, but the buzzkill stayed. Oh well — I went elsewhere and got a good pizza. Pensavo che dopo la chiacchierata di 20 minuti di ieri sera avessimo chiarito che, accertarsi di aver precisato il prezzo del calice di barolo a 15 euro, non derivasse dal colore della sua pelle bensì per correttezza nei sui confronti...nel nostro staff vi sono ragazzi che vengono da tutto il mondo e non accettiamo l'etichetta "razzista" e "classista". Buona giornata
