The pizza was good the facility was clean the bathrooms were nice. The staff seemed a little on the edgy side, kind of snappy when asked questions. If not for the staff being snappy and borderline a little rude, I engaged with two different staff members asking one when a certain Pizza would be made available and the other I asked if we could have a specialty pizza made for my wife. Both seem like they were a little put off that I asked questions but if not for that five stars Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Worst customer service experience ever! I am gluten sensitive and my family wanted CiCi's. I went in and attempted to order just a side salad which I was told they only sell them as a to-go salad. I tried to order a to-go salad saying I could just eat it inside with my family. The lady at the counter said I would have to eat it outside, or pay for a full buffet to get a real plate and eat salad inside. I have NEVER once heard of anything so absurd! It was THEIR to-go salad not as if I brought in a meal from the outside. Oh well! The family enjoyed their last trip to this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

One of the better CiCis Pizza restaurants I've ever been to. Really enjoyed our visit. The staff was smiling and attentive. Never looked harshly at any child requesting special pizzas. That meant a lot for our birthday crowd! Thank yall!
