It was my first time eating from Cilantro. By looking at the reviews, I can agree that it wasn't any good at all. Also we waited half hr for the order. So disappointing I thought this company food is better.

I was going to try them today but thought they were closed. I walked up and saw a cashier just sitting down on her cellphone. She wasn't friendly to the 2 girls in front of me and I just left. They were asking her about the tacos and best sellers and she was so blah and kept texting on her phone. She seemed prejudice and im not sure why you're sitting down vs trying to get business but perhaps management should not see COLOR because brown and black should be respectful and green money is what keeps us all afloat. Service: 1

Do not Eat at this Cilantro if you grew up going to the going to the original locations. You will be extremely disappointed. I was given two tacos that looked more like taquitos. I thought they were joking when they handed me the bag because I was unsure how two tacos could be so light. I opened the bag and it seems like I am feeling the same as everyone else that has reviewed this location. I called to tell them my experience because I grew up going to the original locations. I thought I would give them the opportunity to tell me what happened. Their response and customer service was just as bad if not worse than the actual tacos themself. Their response was not to make anything better and actually said that’s how much the owner tells them to put on. I feel cheated after eating here and will never recommend or come back to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
