Una vez que hayas disfrutado de Christ Our Hope Catholic Church, visita este restaurante, que no está muy lejos. La mayoría de los comensales de Cinder + Salt dice que aquí tienen un sabroso pescado. We had such a wonderful experience at Cinder + Salt. The restaurant and bar were brand new when we visited, and you never would have guessed it based on how smoothly everything ran and how exceptional the service was. The staff were so warm, attentive, and welcoming that we actually stopped back in before leaving Seattle just to say goodbye and thank them. It was clear that a lot of care went into both the menu and the guest experience. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, this spot is absolutely worth checking out. We’d happily return on our next trip to Seattle. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30

We eat here two nights while we were in Seattle, first night freash oysters, so fresh! And wedge salad i had it with chicken & the other was with dungeons crab & shrimp. Both tasted great. Sat at the oyster bar first night & had a great time talking with the guy who does the oysters. Second night we sat at the bar & our server Emily was so sweet. It was busy in there, she kept a smile on her face & was kind to everyone. We had the wagyu burgers with fries. Both the burgers & the fries were great. Will go again. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50

You might see this restaurant as just another mediocre hotel-adjacent restaurant - and you would be wrong. They are punching well above their weight class. We stopped in just because it was convenient, but the food was absolutely outstanding. The menu isn't broad, but what's there is excellent. The steak I had was a superb cut (locally sourced) and perfectly prepared. Complimented with seasoning but not overwhelming the meat. My wife's jambalaya was so good she asked for a little sourdough bread to get all of it - and rather than just dropping off a piece of bread, was provided a toasted piece, again locally-sourced) that was a beautiful compliment. I realize this seems a bit over the top, but we were prepared for "OK" and got outstanding.
