This was absolutely amazing! The Oreo milkshake was one of the best I’ve ever had — thick, cold, and packed with rich cookie and cream flavor. The whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top were the perfect touch. I also appreciated the tamper-evident seal — it felt clean and safe. And those mini cinnamon rolls? Next level! Classic, caramel, pecan, and Oreo — each one was fresh, warm, and melted in my mouth. They didn’t skimp on the toppings either — everything was loaded and super tasty. Honestly, it was hard to stop eating. Definitely ordering again! Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had a multi order with DoorDash the other day. Both pick ups were in the Holyoke mall. I did the pick up in the food court first. Which of course wasn’t ready when I got there. Afterwards, I tried calling Cinnabon to find out where they were located in the mall. The first time I called somebody answered and said they were too busy and hung up. I called three more times after with nobody picking up the phone. I ended up just parking and walking the mall. Of course I chose the wrong floor and I was a good 15 stores off. By the time I got there, I was super late and both orders should’ve already been delivered. So imagine how annoyed I was when I found out they hadn’t even started this order. Three drinks and then they got food as well. Like 15 minutes before I got out of there. I was the only customer there! Cinnabon annoyed me so much that I swear I will never pick up another food order from the mall ever again! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
