I am giving it 2 stars omly becauae Wednesday night the older couple working was nice and the roll was soft. Fast forward to Saturday morning... the cashier didn't speak english, just kept nodding and saying yes. We did end up getting our 3 mini rolls but they were very hard. Probably frim last night. She ruined the whole thing. There was a younger girl training under her, who did speak english, but not spanish. It was clear she was frustrated with the situation also. Food: 2 Service: 2 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

I recently had a wonderful experience at Cinnabon / Dreyers ice cream, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service we received. Phil (with a “Ph”) was incredibly friendly, courteous, and truly went out of his way to help us. What stood out the most was his attitude, especially since it was later in the evening. Rather than seeming tired or annoyed, he remained patient, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with all of our questions. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It was also refreshing to see such a high level of professionalism from someone younger, which made the experience even more impressive. Phil’s positive attitude and strong work ethic really stood out. The Cinnabons were fresh, gooey, and absolutely delicious, and the ice cream was a big hit with my wide-eyed 6-year-old! Great customer service like this truly makes a difference, and Phil’s kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. We sincerely appreciated the excellent service! My husband and I ordered two pecan cinnabons and two cups of water. The cashier gave us the rolls but said she' only had bottle water for sale. I asked for just a cup of water and she refused. Then she proceeded with the next customer and gave her the wrong order. Needles to say, they left without anything as well. Very disappointed in the customer service there. Will not go back!
