I am new to the area and decided to visit your store about a month ago as super convenient as well as never been to a Circle K before. 1st experience was a well manored store associate. He let me know about the sign up program for discounts and was super informative . I purchased my gas and was pleased. 2nd visit was fine as paid at the pump for gas as not needing to go into store. 3rd visit I needed to purchase gas and I wanted to also purchase a pack of cigarettes. Store associate asked me for my ID to purchase nicotine, I was a bit taken back by this as I do not look in any way under 50 ! So I did ask her why? Response was " I am not going to risk getting arrested because you smoke". 4th visit last week was it. . Line was quite long and understood, however the store associate seemed to know the customer she was assisting very well and much conversation going on with 6 people on line. After 3 minutes of this happening I started to feel that this was unacceptable, did take notice of course that the other customers on line were not pleased either. The associate that was handling the kitchen area finally came forward to work another register to assist the customers on line. When I finally arrived to the associate to pay for my purchase she was not friendly at all. I have received many texts for different rewards since then, I have confirmed STOP, and will not be returning.
