Always available 24/7 9 times out of 10, but wait i take that back. So there was 2 people in the store, daytime mind you, at 730 pm ish central standard time, and then as a man is walking up to the door and hits the buzzer the lady lets him in then a lady, she lets her in, so there is four people in the store, i approach and hit the buzzer and no response, a man and lady walk out and I catch the door the clerk lady tells me two to the store only, so I walk out and a man walks in as I walk out. She does nothing and lets them shop while im standing at the door. Mind you this was all people of color, even the clerk. Unfortunately I am white and this happens all the time in Decatur. So my rating is now a 1 due to the fact I never even got to go in and shop.

The human staffed register was closed. So I had to use the self-service checkout. And what do you know, the self-check was on the fritz. A lot of people got free polar pops that day.

Went over to make a purchase and was told I was unable to make my purchase due to them not allowed to make split payments with debit cards. I have never heard of this. This gas station is falling apart. I have been talked to rudely by the staff for just talking to another customer and staff member. Seems like they need better training at this location.
