I hate to have to give a one star review because MOST of the employees are very nice and helpful. However, there is one employee named Becky who makes it so miserable to be in there. It’s gotten to the point where just being around her sucks out any life I have. It’s honestly just more pleasant to turn around and go to the Cefco across the street when I see her in the window. I would hate to be the owner of this place and lose customers just because of one employee.

I went yesterday morning around 6:30 am and I was about to get a hot dog and I was confused where the boats were . Tina yelled at me saying look right there were out of boats you need to use paper in a disrespectful attitude then stared at me from behind while she was doing order making me uncomfortable so I step back and didn't grab one and lost a loyal 5 year customer

What a nightmare!!! I was out working and stopped at this store for gas and something to eat and cigarettes . The cashier had all the registers closed then told me to put my stuff on the self check out . I put my phone number in to receive .25 cents off a gallon on my gas, purchased 30.00 of gas and other items heated up my sandwich for 3 minutes went out to pump my gas and the pump was turned off . Went inside, she told me the pump timed out and my 30.00 went immediately back into my card I paid 30.00 again but didn’t get my .25 cents off a gallon the money didn’t go back on my card so I went inside to get a copy of the 30.00 refund they said they made to my card, oh they couldn’t find that receipt she told me to call her manager Zoe, I told her to call her manager and she smart mouthed that her manager was going to say the same thing I didn’t care,, so she called Zoe who informed me circle K has no receipt for the 30.00 refund and it had nothing to do with circle K , only my bank Zoe was unable to provide me with a receipt for the 30.00 refund, the money did not return to my card immediately as I was told Zie told me if it’s not on my card in 24 hours to go talk to her and she will make it right I then asked her if it’s normal for a gas pump to tune out that fast and Zoe told me with self checkout, Yes! Very strange I’m now on my way home 39.09 short in my bank hoping Zoe makes it right in 24 hours . I work hard for my money I don’t appreciate having the cashier be so rude and not knowing what she is doing and telling me false information I have full trust that Zoe will make this right in 24 hours
