The assistant manager Kristie is very rude, I stood at the register while she started a conversation with a worker across the store. (She was standing at the register.) Which no big deal, I’m a friendly person. I ask her to help me with purchasing tickets written on paper for my patient, and she straight up said no this is what we have tell me what you want.( mind you I kindly asked for help because I don’t usually buy tickets.) and then she pulled out too many of a certain ticket and said I need to buy it which I said was fine and declined me of using my tap pay. How come I went to the circle k with the subway next to it and the ladies there all gladly helped me. It takes nothing to be kind and help. At all and it angers me that you couldn’t even help me as a manager but the other store helped me understand what I needed to get and so on for my patient . Maybe it was the color of my skin and you thought you could disrespect me and be rude but I will take this further. I was very kind until you were rude and treated me poorly. I hope god heals you in places that have grown to be so ugly ma’am. I didn’t deserve that.
