Pho was average with chewy meat and smaller than other servings however the banh mi was moist and tasty. More seating would be ideal as this is popular cuisine and we had to wait for one of the few tables to free up. Overall the staff are lovely and foodnis great.

We stopped on our way back from our snow holiday. We had the special beef pho and oh my goodness it did not disappoint!! It was by far the best pho I have ever had. Big size with lots of yummy beef throughout. Nice and fresh. Would highly recommend Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Before arriving in Cooma, people had recommended Cisne to me. I was not disappointed!!! Excellent, friendly service, fantastic coffee and lovely food. I had a banh mi for brunch and a lemongrass chicken noodle bowl for very late lunch. The banh mi was brim full of chicken and the roll was absolutely crunchy and fresh. It could have had a little more salad, but I could have asked for that and I know it would not be a problem. The coffee is not cheap, but expertly made and blended and my keep cups were welcomed. When we returned for late lunch, it became obvious that this is a much-loved spot by locals too. The noodle bowl was excellent and put together with care and attention (this time I added an extra serve of sprouts - which was provided at no extra charge). So yeah, take the win and have your breakfast, brunch or lunch here. It’s just opposite the lovely park if the tables are full.
