Rude Customer Service is unacceptable. The other day I had walked in with my family and we had walked to the counter with nobody behind it, while waiting for around 7 minutes we finally got help from who I assumed to be a manager since all she was doing was sitting around from the moment we walked. It was a Older lady with blonde hair to give a brief description, after taking our order we had waited for around 17 minutes for 3 sandwiches and when we asked what the hold up was, she got an attitude and raised her tone almost yelling at us after we had politely asked about the wait of our food. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a last-minute dinner. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

City bites has yet to disappoint me! I love everything on the menu and it's definitely a go to place for a sandwich or a spud!! Delicious tea too!
