Our rooms were huge, with two double-beds in each room, and plenty of space to spare. However, there was no electric kettle, and the bathrooms had just tubs (no showering area). One of our rooms also had a weird design, with a fat pillar bang in the centre. The hotel also didn't provide mosquito repellent vaporisers (e.g., All Out, Good Knight), despite the crazy mosquito infestation in Khulna. They did provide sprays, but they are not as effective. Service-wise, there were no notable red flags. There was some drainage work going on next to the hotel, because of which a lot of dirty water had flown onto the road. It took the hotel a couple of days to realize that they should place bricks/planks to make entry and exit easier for guests.

*Average room quality with poor air-conditioning. *They provide cheap toiletries. *House keeping service was unprofessional. *Lack of maintenance. * Breakfast was not up to the mark, limited items. *Only good thing was ordered food from the hotel restaurant.

Best in Khulna! City Inn Limited offers excellent rooms, outstanding service, and a prime location. The staff is warm and welcoming, rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Khulna. Will definitely stay again
