Get out of here! This is the most disgusting establishment the soles of my shoes have ever come into contact with. I was with four nice friends. Unfortunately, there was no room elsewhere in Metz, so we were forced to eat something at the all-you-can-eat restaurant City Wok. It started out quite unpleasant, as the staff did not wish us a welcome and showed us to a random table before walking away without saying anything. Then we started with the buffet; cold, dirty and tough is the shortest and concise description I can give about this. The shrimp were dancing hand-in-hand in the feeder and steak tips were having a boxing match over who was the toughest piece of meat. Fortunately, you can always have raw pieces of meat stir-fried into tasteless soot in the attached wok bar. The certified chef in the kitchen was able to confirm that the stir-fried meat would simply be 'medium rare'. Of course, nothing could be further from the truth than this empty statement by this Michelin chef. Disinterested and passionless, the food was replenished by meaningless kitchen staff. While we were reluctantly serving our plates, the twenty employees thought it was an intelligent idea not to clear the dozens of dirty plates on our table and simply leave them there. It was of course also quite difficult to keep the 6 tables in total tidy and tidy for the incompetent service. During our dinner, one of my fellow table guests drew my attention to the very poor reviews that other customers had already posted before us. With regard to stomach complaints, these reviews were not favorable. With trembling legs and tears in our eyes we wait for the confrontation we will have with the toilet tomorrow. To top it all off, towards the end of our dining session we saw that the skirting boards were falling off the wall and that the toilet was falling apart in misery. Shitty Wok is an incredible disappointment and I wouldn't wish a similar experience on my worst enemy. Around the corner from this tent is a Turk who can serve a delicious kebab for a reasonable price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
