Our wedding cake was amazing. Clare designed our cake with so much care, creativity and attention. I was keen to have a design that matched drapes on my dress and Clare did just that. It was beautiful. Her sugar work flowers were also themed to align with our flowers. They were just so much thought to her design. Each tier was a different flavour and they were amazing. Our guests were looking for more cake! Clare was so lovely to work with and we would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending her for your wedding cake

Clare is an incredible artist, I have had the most wonderful experience designing the cake along side Clare, she understood our vision and story and turned it into the most gorgeous cake. Even at the event it was completely seamless. It tasted incredible and I am so happy I get to keep the sugar flowers forever as a momento from the wedding! Working with Clare at Clare Ellen Studio was an absolute dream. From the very beginning, her warm presence, expert knowledge, and incredible attention to detail made the whole experience so special. The journey started with a tasting box, which turned into a fun and memorable evening - although choosing a favourite flavour was nearly impossible because they were all so delicious! Clare’s design sketches were stunning, and throughout the process she stayed in touch, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely at ease. On the day, our cake was nothing short of breathtaking - a true work of art that tasted even better than it looked. Our guests are still talking about it! We chose Chocolate Truffle & Orange, rhubarb, ginger and white chocolate as flavours for our two-tiered cake. We’re so grateful to Clare for creating something so beautiful and meaningful for our wedding. We’ll treasure the memories forever. With love, Mr and Mrs Cartwright x
