I very much wanted to like this food truck, because the service and workers were pleasant. However, there are some problems. There is no cohesion in the menu. It's called Papa Adam's Pizza and Wings, but they have no wings. They sell crepes and macarons and croissants. Why? Their pizzas come with 5 toppings, which sounds nice but actually creates annoying scenarios. A lot of the time, I just want a pepperoni or cheese pizza. However, because it comes with 5 toppings, I feel like I'm obliged to use every topping. I end up getting a complicated pizza that I didn't really want because there's no cheap 1 or 2 topping option. Also, if it's late at night, some toppings won't be there. Then ordering 5 toppings takes forever, especially if there's a line. In addition, the truth is that if you give customers the option to make a bad pizza for themselves, they will. Maybe there should be specialty pizzas that are verified to taste good at different price points. The pizza is overpriced for the quality. The crust doesn't look freshly made. It is thin, unseasoned, and frankly feels like work to eat. The toppings are not especially fresh or varied. The hot dogs are alright, but again feel overpriced. A hot dog at sonic is $2. These are $5. Why? The bread and meat is completely normal. The tacos are the only food item I'd recommend, and they're more reasonably priced than the other items. The chicken was alright, but there's nothing revolutionary about them. They felt homemade, but not in a good way. In the way that I could probably make them at home just the same. The fries are $4. The fries at the food truck directly across are $3. There is consequently no reason to ever get fries at Papa Adam's. The fakhfakhina juice was actually pretty tasty. It's a refreshing drink on a hot day. It's probably overpriced by $2, but I liked it regardless. It was the only thing on the menu that felt different or unique. Overall, the food at Papa Adam's is mediocre at best, and certainly overpriced. I'd recommend to the owners to take off the random menu items like the macarons, crepes, and croissants. Let the bakeries sell those. I'd recommend to improve the crust on the pizza (maybe make it in house if it is prebought) and maybe change the way they are sold as well. As well, lean into your cultural roots. Put a unique spin on the food you are making. I'm not excited to go to just another pizza food truck in west campus. But a Middle Eastern pizza food truck with unique sauces and differently prepared meat is much more exciting.

For a place with "wings" in the name, it sure is hard to order wings from them....
