Super awesome food! I had my first taste of srilankan curry and rice along with cuttle fish and telapath. It was quite sumptuous and worth having a meal.

Situated in a beach front landscape, this rooftop restaurant has a cool blue ambiance. Partially covered and partially open to the sky. It is noteworthy to mention the exceptionally friendly staff and their customer service skills to delight! The food and drink is also good and you find about 10 flavors of shisha as well. Overall I would rate this place 4/5

First, the view was excellent. I love rooftops, came here for my 23rd Birthday celebration with my love. Cloud 9 made a Romantic day to both us. :) <3
We ordered couple of fruit juice, spaghetti and cocktail. Except cocktail, fruit juice and spaghetti was little bit average, cocktail was fine and the service was not in the way that I expected, but it also somewhat average.

I like the place because of the nice view of the ocean and the city of Colombo. Again I hope to go there and like to taste different kinds of foods and beverages.

I love that ambiance too.

Note: If you wanna smoke here, you have to bring cigarettes, they don't have. :)
