If you’re a wine lover, this place is an absolute must-visit. The selection is outstanding, carefully curated and covering everything from everyday favorites to truly exceptional wines across all categories. Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or just beginning to explore, this is one of those rare spots where you’ll instantly find something you love. What really makes it special, though, is the atmosphere and the people. Michael and Lanette are genuinely warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in, it feels less like a store and more like visiting friends who just happen to have exceptional taste in wine. The recommendations are always thoughtful and spot-on, and the conversations alone make the visit worthwhile. Beyond the wine shop, the food offering is equally impressive. The dining is refined, creative, and high quality, nothing standard or routine, but real culinary craftsmanship that makes it perfect for special occasions or simply treating yourself to something memorable. It’s the kind of place you find yourself coming back to regularly, knowing you’re in good hands every time. A true gem in downtown Perry and easily one of the most unique spots in the area. Hey if for any reason you're in downtown Perry Georgia do you really need to go to this wine bar. Despite the fact that it's a wine bar they have a very good kitchen and mixed drinks. We stopped by and had great lobster roll and a crab cake (all crab with very little added in and specialty for that day) and had some outstanding wine recommended by one of the people working there. It's tucked away so easy to overlook but you'll be glad if you stop in there.

Clover Wine Merchant is a must visit hidden gem in Perry, Ga! It was the most relaxed experience I’ve felt in a longtime with southern hospitality, amazing lobster roll (shared), and Michael was remarkably knowledgeable about different wine regions. Global wine selection available to take home after enjoying a glass in the relaxed vibes they’ve created. Looking forward to returning for a special dinner soon!
