Very unfriendly, had reservations from 7pm to 9pm and around We were told at 8:23 p.m. we should leave in 5 minutes. Extremely unfriendly, wouldn't recommend anyone to go to the new location at Flemings. I've been to every location so far and thought it was great, but now it's extremely busy and unfriendly.

Actually, we were always satisfied at Club Michel. However, our last visit to the pop up store La Ruby was not recommended. It started with the waitress not being able to tell us what kind of red wine was open. We were allowed to taste it, but even then she didn't know what she'd brought and obviously didn't ask. We then waited 1 hour for our appetizer and only received it after asking. After another hour there was still no sign of the main course, but no one came to explain it to us. We ended up canceling them. The excuse when paying was that the receipt system had failed and they were trying to reconstruct who ordered what. Apparently it didn't work. An offensive and honest handling of inquiries would have been desirable. The appetizers were streaky. The aubergine was great, the tartare irrelevant, the chilli killed the taste of the gazpacho. (We got this to bridge the waiting time) Conclusion: Left hungry and disappointed after 2 hours. Significantly overpriced for the food and the service (2 aperitifs, 2 glasses of wine, 2 starters and a water for >80€). What a pity! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
