El trato fue horrible el peor lugar que eh podido ir pedí un trago y me dieron el que ellos quisieron simplemente por qué no tenían del otro me robaron mi dinero en pocas palabras

I've been to this location 2 times now, and the tea is fantastic, but they've forgotten to put the boba in my order both times so i'm hesitant to go back. Overall this store seems great, friendly staff. I go in, order my tea, say i want the tapioca boba. It's litsed on my recipt. But when i get my drink, there is no boba. I understand mistakes happen, but happening to me twice leads me to believe this is a very common issue at this location.

I’ve been getting coco bubble tea from so many locations and worst experience at this location. The owner was working and not even an employee. I asked him not to put ice in the tea because kids have sore throat. The owner doesn’t even fills the cups to the top saying it’s company policy not to fill to top if you don’t want ice. See the pic below. You should definitely avoid this location. The owner is a penny pincher. Never coming here ever! In Florida, leaving room is gonna cause what? The cover is going to explode? You already cooked it down with ice anyways. So might as well fill up to the top with little bit more liquid. It wasn’t going to break your bank. But you just didn’t wanted to make a little bit extra to keep your customer happy. You’re charging customers one fix size option only. You making sure that all customers buy LARGE cup as I’ve been to Other locations with small, medium and Large options. But you having just one option available, you’re making your sale ticket higher! Please fix your policies as you will be losing customers! Give customers what they want especially if they paid full price also. Stop short changing your customers!

As i mentioned to you. For milk tea we has to put ice and shake it until it cools down.unless if you order a warm or hot one. We just fill with hot water. For no ice, Because is Florida, the weather is hot, so when customers order no ice we always leave a room. When you order your drink, you said regular. When we start making it, you change your mind. Is nothing about a penny pitch. Is just our policy. We remind all our customers no ice will leave a room. But you ask for regular when you order. There is nothing I can do.
