This location has deteriorated over the years. Terrible customer service. Nobody seems to want to work it’s a shame. My husband and I showed up just 2 mins closing time at 6 on a Sunday. The guy was sweeping and doors were open. Asked politely for a loaf of bread, the guy didn’t even look up, make eye contact, told my husband no he can’t. It’s baffling there were people waiting to load their Van with left over bread. I don’t understand the mentality here it’s pretty pathetic. May be the owner should find people that want to actually work. Long time customers. Not coming back.

Really really poor customer service from the young man working at the till He refied to scam my Crumbs account and when I asked why, he said he couldn’t be bothered. I asked if we could redo the transaction since I was buying 6 loaves and clover my pints, and he flat out said no. I wrote a letter to the downer and never got a response. We are beyond let down at the service at this location and won’t go back to Cobs.. Price per person: CA$30–40 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
