Found this hidden treasure of a cafe in Ōtsuka while on our hunt for breakfast. Food, service and atmosphere are incredible and so unique. Had bacon and cheese pancakes - SO YUMMY. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"Urban Legend Cafe" I received a Facebook push notification with a title that tickled my heart. The venue is 1 minute walk from Otsuka Station! This is the event cafe "Coco De Tea". It takes courage to open the entrance to the basement floor of a building. However, once you open it, it's a clean and stylish cafe with a white theme. I enjoyed the urban legend cafe event, but there are other events at Coco De Tea. Various events such as "board games", "mahjong", "underground idol live", and "reading sessions" seem to be held every day. On days when events are not held, the cafe is open as usual. For lunch, I ordered a mackerel sandwich and hot spring tea as recommended, but when I ate it, I thought, "What about the mackerel sandwich?" (Rude)... So delicious! ! what's this! ? I thoroughly enjoyed the event and the food. Which event should I participate in next?
