Without a doubt, the best coffee in town! If you're looking for an authentic Italian café experience, this is the place to be. The espresso is outstanding and served the proper Italian way, with a glass of sparkling water and a cantuccio on the side – such a simple touch, but it makes all the difference. The staff are always friendly and professional, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it's obvious that the manager really cares about the customers and about maintaining a high standard. It's no surprise that it has become one of the busiest and most highly regarded spots on Lygon Street. A true Italian gem that I couldn't recommend more highly! Beyond expectations! The Flat White was top-tier with super silky, thick foam. Loving the mini biscotti on the side, great atmosphere, and cool coffee gear on display. Will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a really nice thin focaccia at Coffee Machine technologies, it was a joy to have a thin focaccia instead of those huge sandwich size ones.. the hot chocolate and coffee were nice.. Service: Dine in Price per person: $1–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
