I rarely go to coffee shops but took my wife here on her birthday. Not knowing what to order, I got a latte. I didn't really like it because it needed some sort of sweetener. I asked one of the staff to add some vanilla syrup and they were very kind and improved the drink for me. He refused to charge me for the extra work, I appreciate it very much! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Coffee Sknobs is definitely the café to visit if you're in this part of Missouri. You will get a pretty consistent coffee when you visit with one variation being certain baristas will always give you your coffee in a take away cup even if you request a mug. My personal drink of choice is a flat white. Unfortunately here Sknobs doesn't quite deliver. Most of their flat whites are served with no foam at all which is a common misconception in & around Missouri. A good flat white will have a small amount of micro foam on the surface. If your drink spills very easily when picked up then your milk likely isn't very stable. Occasionally my flat white will have the proper amount of foam (rarely), but once again the milk is very unstable which means the foam will disappear after sitting only a minute or two. Over all I can make do with the coffee here and I occasionally get a great cup of coffee! I just wouldn't say I get a great cup of coffee more than once a month. The staff is super kind and polite and the atmosphere is great & I will definitely keep visiting regularly!
