I have just had the most refreshing Mango and Passionfruit iced tea. This was recommended by the Calise who served me. She was absolutely delightful on this uncomfortably hot day. Incredibly rude barista (not sure of name but had red hair and piercings). My dad is hard of hearing and her tone was very sharp when he asked her politely to repeat. She had the same rude manner with the customers in front of us. Very unfriendly. The two stars are for the other staff as they were perfectly polite.
