I've used Coffi Lab in a variety of locations but mainly Rhiwbina. I usually buy coffee to go. My issue is with the quality of coffee. It is hit and miss whether you get something drinkable. Some of the baristas simply do not seem to know how to froth milk without burning it and giving you a cup of what is, essentially, undrinkable liquid. Usually if you wait long enough and can endure the heat on your hand, it becomes drinkable. But today's felt like it was at boiling point and I discarded it on my walk. Temperature should be around 65°. This must have been closer to 75° or higher. If you are a professional barista you should be able to serve coffee that is drinkable. That so often in Coffi Lab they don't suggests a training issue. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10

Just grabbed a takeaway oat milk coffee! Took a sip later and the milk was completely off or expired, had to spit it out! Tried calling Coffi Lab Rhiwbina, but their phone isn't connecting or it's unreachable.

Hi Swasti, I'm sorry you have struggled to get through on the phone, I am looking into that now. I can assure you the oat milk is not out of date. We have very strict controls over this and I have also checked to the store who have confirmed. I would really appreciate it if you can email help@coffilab.co.uk with some more details so I can investigate further, the time of your visit and the total amount spent would be especially useful.
